R Veterinary Ashland in Ashland, Missouri, is looking for a full-time Doctor of Veterinary Medicine to join our growing team. Located in Boone County between Columbia and Jefferson City, our practice serves Ashland and the surrounding communities with compassionate, high-quality veterinary care for dogs and cats.
This position offers a competitive salary of $140,000–$160,000 per year based on experience, production bonus opportunities, a $2,500 annual continuing education allowance, professional development opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package. We welcome both new graduates and experienced veterinarians. New doctors receive support from an experienced veterinary team, opportunities for mentorship, and the resources to continue developing their clinical skills and confidence. Experienced veterinarians will have the opportunity to practice independently while collaborating with a team that values communication, continued learning, and quality patient care.
As a DVM at R Veterinary Ashland, you will provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care for small animal patients. Responsibilities may include performing examinations, diagnosing and treating illness, developing treatment plans, interpreting laboratory results, prescribing medications, performing surgical and dental procedures, and communicating directly with clients about their pets' care.
