Veterinarian
R Veterinary Cross Creek in Waynesville, Missouri, is looking for a full-time Doctor of Veterinary Medicine to join our established small animal practice. Located along historic Route 66 and serving the Waynesville, St. Robert, and Fort Leonard Wood communities, Cross Creek is proud to care for local families, military families, and the pets who are part of their lives.
This position offers a competitive salary of $120,000–$160,000 per year based on experience, production bonus opportunities, a $2,500 annual continuing education allowance, professional development opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.
We welcome both new graduates and experienced veterinarians. New doctors receive support from an experienced veterinary team, opportunities for mentorship, and the resources to continue developing their clinical skills and confidence. Experienced veterinarians will have the opportunity to practice independently while collaborating with a team that values communication, continued learning, and quality patient care.
As a DVM at Cross Creek, you will provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care for small animal patients. Responsibilities may include performing examinations, diagnosing and treating illness, developing treatment plans, interpreting laboratory results, prescribing medications, performing surgical and dental procedures, and communicating directly with clients about their pets' care.
Cross Creek is located in a community with a strong military presence, and our team understands that military families can have unique veterinary needs. PCS moves, deployments, changing schedules, and transitions are part of life for many of the families we serve. We are looking for a veterinarian who values quality medicine, communicates respectfully with clients and colleagues, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team. Candidates must hold or be eligible to obtain a Missouri veterinary license and carry professional liability insurance.
