R Veterinary Westside in Jefferson City, Missouri, is looking for a full-time Doctor of Veterinary Medicine to join our established small animal practice. Located on Missouri Boulevard, our team serves Jefferson City and the surrounding communities with compassionate, high-quality veterinary care and a strong commitment to the families and pets who trust us with their care.
As a DVM at R Veterinary Westside, you will provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care for small animal patients. Responsibilities may include performing examinations, diagnosing and treating illness, developing treatment plans, interpreting laboratory results, prescribing medications, performing surgical and dental procedures, and communicating directly with clients about their pets' care.
We welcome both new graduates and experienced veterinarians. New doctors receive support from an experienced veterinary team, opportunities for mentorship, and the resources to continue developing their clinical skills and confidence. Experienced veterinarians will have the opportunity to practice independently while working alongside a team that values communication, collaboration, continued learning, and quality patient care.

We are looking for a veterinarian who values quality medicine, enjoys working as part of a collaborative team, and wants to build meaningful relationships with clients and their pets. Candidates must hold or be eligible to obtain a Missouri veterinary license and carry professional liability insurance.
